Karya Plasindo To IPO in October 1-3

PT Inti Indah Karya Plasindo (IIKP) will join the bourse in October 14 after offering 60 million stocks in the Initial Public Offering (IPO) in October 1-3.

Stock with nominal value of Rp200 per stocks will be sold at the price of Rp450 per stock and as an incentive, the company gives free 48 million warrants serie I with the ratio of 4:1 (the holder of 4 new stocks get 1 warrant).

Half of the IPO will be used for the payment post of promissory notes, 40% to purchase land asset and the rest is for computer system integration, as stated in the short prospectus quoted by indonesiamu.

To support the IPO program, Dhanawibawa Arthacemerlang, Harumdana Sekuritas dan Sinarmas Sekuritas will act as the underwriters with full commitment.

99.80% stock of this company is hold by Plaspack Prima Industri (PLAS) and the rest is hold by people.
